This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected, used, and protected when interacting with Attack on Titan Bot, a game bot operated on Discord.

• Discord User ID – Used to associate you with your in-game profile.
• Message Content (Commands Only) – Only messages beginning with the bot prefix (e.g., +sc, +equipi) are processed and stored for gameplay features.
• Game Progress & Stats – Information about your character, inventory, PvP matches, crafting, etc.
• Event Logs – Records of combat actions, rewards, or trade history used for accountability and support.

We do not store regular conversations, DMs, or any unsolicited messages.

2. How Your Data Is Used

• Maintain and save your game progress
• Respond to commands and run game features
• Track PvP rankings, match history, inventory, and leaderboards
• Help debug issues and prevent abuse

We may analyze anonymized gameplay data to balance game mechanics, but no personal data is used beyond the gameplay context.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in a database hosted by the bot owner. We use encryption and security best practices to protect this data at rest and in transit.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.

5. Opting Out and Deletion

You can opt out at any time using the following:

• +delete_account – Deletes your entire in-game profile and all associated data
• +opt_out – (future implementation) Prevents further tracking while allowing limited guest functionality

6. Message Content and Presence Intents

• Message Content Intent – Required to respond to your in-game commands.
• Presence Intent – May be used to detect if a user is online before initiating battles or events.

This data is not stored beyond session use unless tied to a command.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our data handling. Updates will be announced via the bot or website.
